Underdelivery

This is a tool for monitoring the intensity of campaign impressions. It can help you optimize impression and click limits as well as the levels and priorities for your campaigns.

The administrator can set up assistants' access to underdelivery.

On the Campaigns → Underdelivery tab, there's a list of campaigns that for some reason didn't have enough time to reach their limit. Here, you can check the number of completed runs and clicks for all active campaigns and compare it with the plan. You can view the information for the last day or for the entire campaign period.

To get the data, select the necessary campaigns from the drop-down list:

  • All active campaigns with underdelivery: A list of active campaigns (only the campaigns that have at least one active banner) with an underdelivery for the entire period.
  • Only campaigns with underdelivery for yesterday: A list of campaigns that didn't reach their daily limit of impressions or clicks yesterday.
  • All active campaigns: A list of all active campaigns and information on them.

In the table below, you can see which parameters are displayed in each case.

  • Impressions ordered. The planned number of impressions from the campaign settings
  • Impressions run. The number of impressions run during the campaign period (data from the counters)
  • Impressions remaining. The difference between the numbers of impressions ordered and currently run
  • Impression underdelivery. The current lag of impression running compared to the forecast based on daily fluctuations in the site owner's traffic
  • Impression underdelivery ratio. If it's less than 1, it means that the campaign runs faster than planned
  • Days until the end of campaign
  • Clicks ordered. The planned number of clicks from the campaign settings
  • Clicks run. The number of banner clicks during the campaign period
  • Clicks underdelivery. The data is current for the previous hour
  • Clicks underdelivery ratio. If it's less than 1, it means that there were more clicks than planned
  • Campaign ID

Data (on impressions/clicks) in these tables is updated in real time. The data on underdelivery is current for the previous hour.

You can immediately go to change the campaign settings by clicking the icon.

On the Underdelivery tab, you can change the campaign level, status, and priority. Remember to click the Change button.
