# Copy users

By leveraging user copying, advertisers and site owners can access multiple accounts under a single login.

If an advertiser or a site owner already has an Adfox login, then when getting started with a new account (publisher), they can provide their login to the account's administrator. The administrator will copy the user into the new account's member list.

If a user's account has been copied, only the user can [change its password](https://www.yandex.com/support/adfox/en/settings/account/change-password.md).

## How to copy a user {#section_lgy_gq5_lfb}

1. In the account to which you need to copy the user, go to the **Users** tab.

1. Select the user type (**Advertiser** or **Site owner**) and click **+ Add existing**.
1. In the **Account** field, specify the login of the user to be copied and click **Add**.

The user will appear in the list with the `<authorization>` status. Afterwards, in their own account, the user should confirm the copying action. After that, the user's status will change to `<added>`.

## How to authorize copying {#section_rgy_gq5_lfb}

When logging in to the Adfox interface, the user that provided their login for copying will see a request to add them to a new account. They should confirm or cancel copying.
