Barcode scanner

Barcodes store product details in a series of black and white bars.

In Yandex Browser for Mobile, you can use Smart Camera to find a product by its barcode and view the stores where you can buy it.

Note

Allow Yandex Browser to access your camera and files in the device settings.

Open Yandex Browser and click in the Smartbox.
Select the Search by photo mode or Products.
Point the camera at the barcode. Yandex Browser will put a white frame around the recognized barcode and mark it with a purple dot.
Tap Search for product, and you will see a photo of the recognized product (if available) and information about it.
Tap Find in stores, and Yandex Browser will suggest where you can buy this product online.
