Restriction. In some countries, paid plans are not available for Yandex 360 for Business. If you want to use additional features, contact us at business@support.yandex.ru.

After you enter your company details and top up your account, your balance will be displayed on the Service plan and payment page along with the recommendations on how to top up your balance.

The Yandex 360 for Business service fee and the cost of additional services will be charged to your account automatically. Only payers can top up the company's balance with a bank card.

The recommended top-up amount for your plan is calculated based on the number of employees in your company and connected additional services.

Payers

Only payers can pay for Yandex 360 for Business services with a bank card. A company can have several payers: any admin who tops up the company's balance with their bank card becomes a payer. The first person to do this becomes the company's main payer. Only the main payer can set up autopay. If you revoke administrator rights for the main payer or remove them from the company, you won't be able to set up autopay.

If the company is registered as a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur and has a TIN, its admins can receive and pay invoices. The admin who downloads the invoice also becomes the company's payer.

Payers are subject to the following restrictions:

  • A user can only be a payer in companies that have the same owner.

  • A payer can't create companies in Yandex 360 for Business. To create a new company, log in to a different Yandex account. This restriction doesn't apply to the company owner: they can create companies even if they are a payer in one or more of them.

If your company details have changed, update the data.

The user remains a payer as long as the company exists. Even if administrator rights are revoked for the user or they are removed from the company, they still remain a payer. To revoke this role for the user, the admin must contact support.

Calculating the monthly cost of services

The monthly cost of services includes the Yandex 360 for Business service fee and the cost of additional services, such as additional Yandex Disk space for individual employees.

The service fee depends on the number of employees in your company and the actual connection time. When calculating the number of employees, the company owner with an account of the login@yandex.ru type is included.

Note. If the company owner doesn't use Yandex 360 for Business paid services, you can disable them on the Company profile page. Then the owner won't be taken into account when calculating the number of employees, and the total service fee for the company will decrease.

The cost of additional Yandex Disk space depends on the number of employees to whom it is connected, the actual connection time, and the selected amount of additional space on Yandex Disk.

The number of employees and the set of connected additional services might change throughout the month. To account for this change, the cost is calculated per second. You only pay for the actual connection time and additional services.

Attention. When calculating the number of employees connected during the month, both active and blocked employees are included.

Estimated cost

  • “Optimal” plan: ₽559 per user per month.
  • “+ 1 TB” package: ₽1500 per employee per month. The cost of additional Yandex Disk space depends on the selected amount of space.
  • N-portion of the month: The percentage of time during the month when an employee was connected to the service.
  • M-portion of the month: The percentage of time during the month when additional Yandex Disk space was enabled for an employee.
  • Cost per employee: The service fee multiplied by the portion of the month when an employee was connected to the service.

Total cost: The result of adding up the service fee and the cost of additional Yandex Disk space for all employees:

Total cost = Service fee × Portion of month 1 + ... + Service fee × N-portion of month + Package × Portion of month 1 + ... + Package × M-portion of month

For example, suppose a company has two employees. The first employee was connected to the service and “+ 1 TB” of additional Yandex Disk space for the whole month. The second employee was only connected to the service for half a month.

Total cost = ₽559 × 1 + ₽559 × 0.5 + ₽1500 × 1= ₽559 + ₽279.5 + ₽1500 = ₽2338.5

Exact cost

  • “Optimal” plan: ₽559 per user per month.
  • “+ 1 TB” package: ₽1500 per employee per month. The cost of additional Yandex Disk space depends on the selected amount of space.
  • Total time: The number of seconds in a month:
Total time = Number of days in a month × Number of seconds in a day
  • Employee N's time active: The total amount of time during the month when employee N was connected to the service.
  • Package M time active: The total amount of time during the month when additional Yandex Disk space was enabled for employee M.
  • Cost per employee: The result of the employee's time active multiplied by the per-second cost of being active:
Cost per employee = Employee's active time × Service fee / Total time

Total cost: The result of adding up the service fee and the cost of additional Yandex Disk space for all employees:

Total cost = ((Employee 1's time active + ... + Employee N's time active) × Service fee + (Package 1 time active + ... + Package M time active) × Package) / Total time

For example, suppose a company has two employees. There are 30 days in the reporting month. The first employee was connected to the service and “+ 1 TB” of additional Yandex Disk space for the entire month (2,592,000 seconds). The second employee was only connected to the service for half a month (1,296,000 seconds).

Total cost = ((2,592,000 + 1,296,000) × ₽559 + (2,592,000 × ₽1500)) / (30 × 86,400) = ₽2338.5

If nothing changes during the month

If you've been using Yandex 360 for Business for several months without changing the number of employees or additional Yandex Disk space, you can calculate the total cost of services using a simpler formula:

Total cost = Service fee × Number of employees + Package × Number of employees

For example, a company uses the “Optimal” service plan (₽559 per user per month) and has 15 employees. They were connected to Yandex 360 for Business from the beginning of the month and none of them left the company. Two of them have “+ 1 TB” of additional Yandex Disk space enabled. The space wasn't changed or disabled during the month.

Total cost = ₽559 × 15 + ₽1500 × 2 = ₽11,385

If you top up your balance at a time other than the beginning of the month

The number of days in each month is taken into account. One day of a shorter month costs more than one day of a longer month. The average plan price remains constant.

For example, a company uses the “Basic” service plan (₽249 per user per month) and has one employee. Payment for the next month is made on January 15 (for the period through February 14). There are 31 days in January, so the plan price for this month is divided by 31. The plan price for February is divided by 28, so a day in February turns out to be more expensive. The total cost is calculated as follows:

Total cost = (₽249 / 31) × 16 + (₽249 / 28) × 14 = ₽253

Balance top-up

Top up your balance regularly to avoid arrears. You can set up autopay, or top up your balance manually. Funds are debited based on the per-second billing plan.

Autopay

Use autopay to always top up your balance on time. When you run out of funds, they are charged from the company's main bank card.

Note. Only the company's main payer can set up autopay.
Enable

Autopay is activated automatically when you top up your balance manually. The card used by the payer becomes the company's main bank card.

You can set up autopay manually by clicking  → Resume in the Autopay section below the balance amount and choosing a payment method.
Disable
You can disable autopay at any time by clicking  → Pause in Autopay.

Manual top-up

If autopay is disabled and you fail to top up your balance on time, the service plan will be deactivated.

  2. Enter the amount you want to top up your balance with.
  3. Choose your payment method:
    Bank card

Click Pay by card, enter your payment card details and click Pay.

Restriction. If you are not a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur with a TIN and use Yandex 360 for Business as an individual, you won't be able to download invoices. The payer can pay for the services with a bank card.

As soon as you top up your balance, autopay will be automatically enabled for the card you paid with.

Overdue payments

When you run out of funds, the service plan will be automatically deactivated: ads will appear in Yandex 360 services, space on Yandex Disk and the number of available emails in Send will be reduced, and the email archive will be disabled. Because of this, the total size of files uploaded by users may exceed the available storage space on Yandex Disk. In that case, file operations on Yandex Disk will be restricted. If you don't fix the situation, your Yandex Disk will be completely blocked in 44 days.

If you run out of funds on your balance, a debt notification with the quick top-up option will appear at the top of the screen. In 21 days, Yandex 360 for Business will switch to view mode.

Changing bank details

Note. Only the company's main payer can change the bank details.

When changing the bank details, the agreement with the old bank details is terminated. The previous day is considered the date of termination. A new agreement is concluded at the current plan rate on the day when the details are changed. If the old agreement was concluded for several companies, it will be terminated for all companies. The payment for the day when the bank details are changed is included in the new agreement.

The steps you need to take to change the bank details depend on the balance of your agreement:
