Invite users

You can invite users to join your company with their Yandex accounts. To invite users, you don't need to link a mail domain.

Restriction. You need to have enough funds on your balance to pay for your plan including new employees. If you want to add more than 1000 users to your company, contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.

Invited users won't have a mailbox on your domain. However, they will be able to use all Yandex 360 for Business services that are activated for your company.

To invite users to your company:

  1. Log in to the admin account for the company.
  2. Go to the Employees page.
  3. Click Add employee and select Invite at the top of the window.

  4. Copy the link and send it to users you want to invite to your company.

    Attention. The link is only valid for 10 minutes. If the link expires, get a new link. To do this, close the link window and click Add users again.

An invited user can join your organization by clicking the link. To do this, the user needs to log in to the Yandex account that they are going to use for your organization.
