Invite users
You can invite users to join your company with their Yandex accounts. To invite users, you don't need to link a mail domain.
Alert
You need to have enough funds on your balance to pay for your plan including new employees. If you want to add more than 1000 users to your company, contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.
Invited users won't have a mailbox on your domain. But they'll still be able to use all the Yandex 360 for Business services activated for your company.
You can invite a user to the company using a link. One link can invite only one employee.
To get an invitation link:

Log in to the admin account for the company.

Go to the page Employees and click Add.

The New employee window will open. If single sign-on (SSO) is disabled, first select Send invite link in the menu that opens.

Copy the link from the New employee window and send it to the employee you want to invite to the company.
To invite multiple users, get a separate link for each of them. To do this, close the New employee window and click Add.
To join the company, the user needs to log in to the Yandex account they'll use for work and then follow the link. After that, the invitation link will become invalid.
The link is valid for 24 hours only. If the link expires, get a new link.
