Offices and meeting rooms

If your company has one or more offices, you can book meeting rooms for in-person meetings. To enable this option, create an office in Yandex 360 for Business and add meeting rooms to it. A company can have no more than 10 offices and up to 100 meeting rooms.

Note. To create meeting rooms, first add an office.

When an employee schedules a meeting in Yandex Calendar, they will see the available offices and meeting rooms and can book the one that suits their needs.

Offices and meeting rooms are available for the Optimal and Advanced plans.

Manage offices

On the Offices tab, you can add new offices, edit existing ones, and delete offices if you no longer need them.

Add
  1. On the Offices tab, click Add in the center of the screen if you are adding your first office, or in the upper-right part of the screen if your company already has offices.
  2. In the window that opens, enter:
    • Office name (required).
    • City where the office is located.
    • Address.
  3. Click Save.
Edit
  1. On the Offices tab, select an office, click , and select Edit.
  2. In the Edit office window, make the necessary changes and click Save.
Delete
  1. On the Offices tab, select an office, click , and select Delete.
Note. Deleting an office also deletes all its meeting rooms. They are also removed from the meetings for which they were booked. You will not be able to undo this action.

Manage meeting rooms

On the Meeting rooms tab, you can add, edit, and delete meeting rooms.

Add
  1. On the meeting rooms tab, click Add in the center of the screen if you are adding your first meeting room, or in the upper-right part of the screen if your company already has meeting rooms.
  2. In the window that opens, enter:
    • meeting room name (required).
    • Office where the meeting room is located (required). The office is selected from the list of previously created offices.
    • Floor (required).
    • Capacity (required).
    • Description.
  3. If the meeting room is available for booking, enable the This meeting room is available for booking option.
  4. Click Save.
Edit
  1. On the meeting rooms tab, select a meeting room, click , and select Edit.
  2. In the Edit meeting room window, make the necessary changes and click Save.
Delete
  1. On the Meeting rooms tab, select a meeting room, click , and select Delete.

    The meeting room will no longer be available for booking.
