How to copy a message from the error console
If there was a problem loading pages or working with the interactive elements of the site, you can use the browser console to help identify the reason for the error. Follow the instructions below to copy a message from the error console and send it to the Support service. Choose the browser where the problem occurs:
Yandex Browser
- To open the error console, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + J.Alternative method
Open the menu

- Select Errors next to Filter.
- Refresh the page or repeat the actions that lead to the error.
- If error messages appeared in the Console, expand the window to full screen (click the
icon) and take a screenshot of it.

Google Chrome

The Firebug extension for Mozilla Firefox has enhanced capabilities compared to the built-in error console. If you are using Firebug, follow these instructions:
- To open the Firebug console, click the
icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Go to the Console tab.
- Make sure that all the filters (“Network”, “CSS”, “JS”, “Security”, “Log”, “Server”) only have one item selected: Errors. To do this, click the
icon next to each filter.
