When to submit documents
You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted. If your ads pass moderation, they will be eligible for serving. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

If the ad indicates that the cosmetics advertised can be used in cosmetology, you must have the documents listed in the Pharmacies and medicine section.

If you are advertising cosmetic ingredients, you must have either the certificate/declaration of compliance for the ingredients or the state registration certificate.

If it is indicated that the product includes hyaluronic acid, for placement you must have a declaration of conformity for the advertised product confirming the presence of hyaluronic acid.
