What counts as promotion of shared-equity construction?
Promotion of shared-equity construction includes promotional efforts to raise funds from shared-equity construction participants for the construction of apartment buildings and/or other real estate, as well as promotion aimed at selling properties through escrow accounts.
What information should I provide to promote new developments via Yandex Direct?
Under the Federal Law "On Advertising", ads for shared-equity construction must include a notice (disclaimer). Yandex Direct automatically generates them in text ads, but it needs the following info about the developer to do that:

The developer's legal entity and form of incorporation, such as Developer: "House on Mars" LLC.

URL of the Uniform Information System for Residential Construction hosting the project declaration, such as “Project declaration is available at https://наш.дом.рф/”.
To specify the name of the developer, select the appropriate subject and fill out other details in the feedback form.

What information should I provide to promote new developments from a real estate agency?
You can simply include a standard notice ("Project declaration is available at https://наш.дом.рф/") in your ads for real estate agencies and aggregators for new development projects. No developer name is required.

You don't have to specify anything yourself: text of a standard notice is generated automatically.
How do I specify the company name in the notice?
To specify the company name in the notice, select the Shared-equity construction (new construction projects) category in the form below. Find and select your company from the drop-down list in the Developer field.

How do I know if I'm missing information required to generate a notice with information about the developer?
If Yandex Direct lacks the information needed to add a disclaimer, the client will see a notification about it in the campaign interface. The notification will be marked with a lightning icon. The notification will also be displayed when you start editing your ads to make sure you don't miss it.
Once you see this notification, switch to the ad, check out a prompt saying what information is missing, and click Specify data. The client is automatically redirected to the Help form, where they should select their company from the drop-down list: Customers → Submit documents or company information.
The system registers the data within a few hours of submission. After that, the notification is removed and a label saying that a notice has been added appears under the ad.
Note
If specifying the developer's name isn't required in your case (for example, if you're promoting shared-equity construction from a real estate agency), you can dismiss the notification.
What developer details should I provide to promote sales of properties in new developments abroad?
You don't need to add a disclaimer to promote real estate outside Russia, provided that the text of your ad explicitly specifies that a new development is located abroad.
