Who should set up my campaign?

If you'd prefer not to set up your campaign on your own, you can use the services of Yandex Direct setup experts or advertising agencies.

How to launch impressions

Send the ad for moderation. This process will take 2 to 3 hours. While waiting, you can calculate your approximate monthly budget using the Budget forecast tool.

After your ad has passed moderation, you will receive an email notification. The next step is to pay for ads.

When will my ad start being displayed?

Your ads will go live as soon as you top up your account. Impressions are launched automatically; this process can take from 5 to 180 minutes (with the average being 40 minutes).

If you don't want your ads to be served immediately, then set your launch date in settings.

How is my budget allocated?

Your account is debited for every click on your ad. It depends on the display strategy you chose. When using automatic strategies, the system sets the CPC.

With manual management, you set the bids on your own for specific impression criteria. If the system selects your ad, then you will probably pay the click price indicated for that traffic volume. The click price changes dynamically. The CPC for an ad can differ from the specified price.

How do I get started with my personal manager?

To get a personal manager, contact support.

To contact the manager, open the Information section in the Yandex Direct left panel. You'll see the name and contact details of your personal manager under Your manager.
