Payment systems and money transfers
Ads for payment systems, money transfers, payment agents and subagents, operation centers, and payment system operators can be placed in Yandex Direct.
Ads in this category can't be placed as smart banners, dynamic ads, or in a product campaign.
Your text ads will automatically include a notice with the name of the company and the type of business. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents. You must add this notice to videos, image ads, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Your ads and landing page must meet all requirements of the law “On advertising”. For example, image ads for payment systems and money transfers must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. Text font must be readable at the minimum resolution. The information must remain on the screen long enough for the user to read all visible text at an average reading speed.
If the ads indicates specific payment agents, subagents, or operation centers, no documents are required for placement. In other cases according to the law “On advertising” and Yandex placement policy, certain documents must be provided.

You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted. If your ads pass moderation, they will be eligible for serving. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
If you advertise a payment system operator, you must provide a copy of the Russian Central Bank certificate of registration as a payment system operator.
