Find and replace
Ads
Use the find and replace tool to edit multiple ads at once. You can edit texts, sitelinks, and links in ads.
To find and replace text, go to the Ads tab. Select the desired ads and click Find and replace or . Enter the text you want to find in the Search field, and the text you want to replace it with in the Replace field. Under Search options, select where to search for the fragment. You can change a maximum of 10,000 ads at a time.
Click Show results. All the matching fragments and their replacements will show up in the search results. If an edit causes an error, like if the maximum field length is exceeded, you'll see a message. Click Replace, and the changes will be applied where possible.
You can add a new text before or after the found one. To do this, instead of Replace, select Add at the beginning or Add at the end from the drop-down list.
You can make changes in all the selected ads without searching for the fragment. To do this, instead of Search, choose Select all fields in the drop-down list. To delete all the found fragments, choose Clear.
Keywords
The find and replace tool lets you quickly edit multiple keywords and negative keywords at once, even if they belong to different campaigns or ad groups. For example, you can fix a typo or add a phrase.
To find and replace text, go to the Keywords tab, select the keywords and click . Enter the text you want to find in the Search field, and the text you want to replace it with in the Replace with field. Specify where to search for the fragment: in keywords, negative keywords, or all texts at once. You can change a maximum of 10,000 keywords at a time.
Click Preview to see the changes. The first 60 keywords are displayed in the preview. If everything looks correct, click Replace. A new fragment will appear instead of the found one.

You can make changes in all the selected keywords without searching for a text. To do this, instead of Search, select All values from the drop-down list.
