Design recommendations for ads for mobile apps
A campaign can include different types of ads: text ads, ads with an image, and ads with a video. We recommend using as many options as possible so that ads are served on all available sites.
Image ads, follow the recommendations:
Monitor the effectiveness of ads and replace the ones with a low IPM.

- Images

- Formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF (only the first frame will be used).
- Maximum size: 4 MB.
- Minimum resolution: 450 × 450 pixels.
- Video

- Formats: MP4, WebM, MOV, QT, FLV, or AVI.
- Maximum size: 100 MB.
- Duration: 5—60 seconds (only the first 15 seconds will be used).
- Resolution: between 360p and 4K.

Enter a brief description of your app or its name. To increase the probability of clicks on your ad, please clearly state what your ad is about. The maximum length of the title is 56 characters, including spaces and punctuation marks, with the maximum length of 22 characters per word (a word is a sequence of characters not separated by a space). Tell users more about the benefits of your app. The maximum length of the title is 75 characters, including spaces and punctuation marks, with the maximum length of 23 characters per word (a word is a sequence of characters not separated by a space). - Images
To make your ad more appealing, add an image to it. It's better to use an image that's 1080 to 5000 pixels, in JPG or PNG format, up to 10 MB in size.
- Video
To create video ads, it is better to use a video in MP4 format, no more than 100 MB in size, from 5 to 60 seconds in duration, and 1080p in quality.
The video must meet the moderation rules and the technical requirements.

You can add text of any size anywhere on your video. Make sure the text is readable and not too long.

Do not add an age rating to your image as it might not match Yandex labels set up for your ads.
