# 管理代表

您可以在多个账户（称为“代表”）之间分配广告系列工作。 代表总数不受限制。

代表可以具有以下访问权限级别之一：

- **完全访问权限**：编辑和更改广告、查看统计数据、划拨资金、付费广告系列及执行其他一些操作。
- **只读**：查看广告系列设置和统计数据，但无法访问余额和付款。

其中一位代表将被委派为首席代表。 除从事广告系列相关工作以外，首席代表还负责注册及删除其他代表。

首席代表可以更改其他代表的访问级别。 您只能向**未在 Yandex Balance 中注册**的用户名授予完全访问权限。

## 注册代表 {#new-representatives}

只有首席代表可以注册代表。 在左侧菜单中，单击 **Tools** → **Your representatives**。

输入在 Yandex Direct 中授权时未曾使用过的现有 Yandex 用户名。 或者，注册一个新的 Yandex 账户，然后输入其用户名。

提供您的个人信息。 选择代表的访问权限级别。 您可以随时根据需要更改它。

拥有完全访问权限的代表可以管理 Yandex Direct 及其他 Yandex 商业服务中的广告系列。

## 删除代表 {#del-representatives}

只有首席代表可以删除代表。 要完成此操作，请点击代表页面上用户名旁边对应的链接。 移除代表后，它们将失去在 Yandex Direct 及其他 Yandex 商业服务中进行广告系列管理的权限。

您可以在 **Deleted representatives** 标签页中查看所有被删除的代表。 如果被删除的代表没来得及创建广告系列，您可以恢复其的权限。 要完成此操作，请在列表中点击代表用户名旁边的 **Restore**。

## 更改总代表 {#change-representatives}

首席代表可以委派另一名代表作为首席代表。 要完成此操作，请点击 **Change chief representative**，从列表中选择用户名，然后点击 **Appoint**。

上一任首席代表可以继续处理广告系列，但无权继续管理其他代表。

## 通知 {#notifications}

只有广告系列指定电子邮件地址，代表才会收到有关广告系列的通知。 首席代表有权允许代表接收所有广告系列的通知。 要完成此操作，请点击代表页面上用户名旁边的 **Edit**。
