You can manage your Yandex Disk files using your smartphone or tablet. Install the Yandex Disk app or use the mobile version of the Yandex Disk website.

Note. Third-party programs may not work correctly with Yandex Disk. If you still want to use them, create an application password for each of them.

If you're having a problem with the Yandex Disk app, please report the issue using the feedback form in the app:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
