Tickets are sold by Yandex Flights partner travel agencies and airlines. To ask a question about booking or buying tickets, to change your order, or to request a refund, please contact the service partner directly.
Yes. You can view the timetables, compare prices, and select tickets for both domestic and international flights.
Tickets always show the local time (the airport's time zone).

You can enter the age of the child you are traveling with and select suitable options offered by Yandex Flights partners. Just enter how many tickets you need for infants (0–2 years old) and/or children (2–12 years old) before starting your search. In the Ticket search section, see the “Number of passengers” option.
Each airline may set its own baggage allowances (the type, quantity, total weight and size of baggage allowed free of charge).

When booking tickets, make sure that the baggage allowance meets your needs:
Paid hand baggage — you can check your bags for free, but you need to pay separately for a carry-on bag.
Paid baggage — a carry-on bag is free of charge, but you need to pay separately for checked baggage.
Baggage fee possible — depending on the ticket rate, a fee may apply for checked baggage. Typically, you can take a carry-on bag free of charge.
If someone else is also booking the same ticket, you might not be able to select the rate.
In this case, the agency should alert you and suggest other options.

If the price on the partner site is higher than in Yandex Flights, please report this to Yandex Flights technical support.
There are several possible reasons for a difference in price:
Exchange rate difference.
Search results may include tickets from partner sites that show prices in a different currency. This is because some international agencies and airlines only accept payment in a particular currency, but still sell tickets to many destinations at a reasonable price.
Many banks charge a fee for currency conversion, so it's best to pay for tickets in the currency of your bank account.
Technical error when debiting funds.
To make sure that no such transaction error has occurred, please contact your bank or customer support of the payment system you have used to pay for your tickets.
Payment procedure — the transaction was applied before issuing the ticket, but the ticket price has changed in the meantime. For more details, please contact your bank or technical support of the payment system you have used to pay for your tickets.
Extra services were added when you bought the ticket.
In any other cases, please report this to Yandex Flights support.
Booking agencies often offer additional services, such as insurance, airport transfer tickets, and so on.
You can select such services on the partner site when you buy a ticket.
According to the Yandex Flights rules, the booking agency should not include extra services by default and add them to the ticket price.
If this has happened, disable the unneeded options and report this to Yandex Flights support.
Some international agencies and airlines only accept payment in a particular currency, but still sell tickets to many destinations at a reasonable price.
That's why we include the partner sites with prices in foreign currency into our search results, so that you have as many ticket options as possible.
However, many banks charge a fee for currency conversion (please check this with your bank), so it's best to pay for tickets in the currency of your bank account.
Booking and buying tickets
The maximum is a total of nine adults, children, and infants within one booking order. To book tickets for ten or more people, please place several booking orders.
After you have paid for your ticket, make sure that you get your e-ticket in your mailbox.
You can check if your booking is valid on the websites of our verification systems: checkmytrip and virtuallythere.
If you cannot find your booking number on any of these sites, please call the airline.
If the airline cannot find your ticket, please contact the partner's customer support.
In the event of a conflict, you can dispute the payment with your bank.

Yes. Yandex Flights only works with meticulously selected reliable partners.
When booking a ticket online:
Please thoroughly read the terms and conditions to learn in advance how to change or return your ticket or handle other unexpected situations.
Make sure that you receive your e-ticket within the time frame specified in the contract offer and all the e-ticket details match your order.
After you pay for the ticket, the payment confirmation and e-ticket are sent to your e-mail. If you haven't received such a message, please contact the customer support of the booking agency or airline.
Please note the airline or agent company country of registration. If they are not resident in your country, it would be more difficult to take them to court in the event of a dispute.
