Notifications in Telegram and by email

You can receive notifications from Market in your account, in Telegram, or by email. Notification subscriptions can be flexibly configured, allowing you to choose:

  • which notifications you want to receive,
  • where to send them,
  • for which stores.

Notifications must be configured separately for each employee using the account.

You can receive notifications:

  • About account management. Connecting and disconnecting stores, changing roles and access permissions, quality index, API issues.
  • About warehouses and orders. New orders and their status changes, returns and uncollected items, logistics, deliveries, and storage.
  • About finances. Weekly revenue, debts, credits, compensations, document requests.
  • About promotion. New promotions, promotion tools.
  • About content. Updating stock levels, hiding and reviewing products, linking to cards.
  • About communication. New messages in chats, questions from customers, support replies.

How to configure notifications

By default, all notifications for all stores are enabled — in the account and by email.

You can view all notifications, including those you have unsubscribed from, in the account — click on any page.

  1. In the account, click your account icon and select Settings → Notification settings.
  2. In the Notifications block, check the types of notifications you want to receive.
  3. In the Store notifications block, select the stores for which you want to receive notifications.

  3. Wait for an email from Market to the selected address and confirm the subscription.
  4. In the Notifications block, check the types of notifications you want to receive.
  5. In the Store notifications block, select the stores for which you want to receive notifications.

  2. In the Contacts block, specify your Telegram login.
  3. Wait for a message from Market in Telegram and confirm the subscription.
  4. In the Notifications block, check the types of notifications you want to receive.
  5. In the Store notifications block, select the stores for which you want to receive notifications.
