Employees and access

With a single Yandex login, you can register multiple stores. Access to stores is managed via an account — a single account that combines stores and services. You can have multiple accounts: some of your stores will be linked to one account, and some to another.

The owner of the Yandex login is the account owner. The business owner can manage access to the account and its stores, as well as change user roles. If you have multiple accounts on your login, you will be the owner of each of them.

You can grant each user a specific set of permissions to work with an account or store. To do this, assign them one or more roles. For more information, see Available roles.
