How to assign a role

Access to the cabinet can be provided by the owner and the administrator of the cabinet. They, as well as the store administrator, can grant access to the store. For a detailed description of the roles, see the section What are the roles?.
How to assign a role to a new user
Cabinet Administrator
Warning
The new user must have a login on Yandex, which has not been used before for other paid services, such as Yandex.Direct or Yandex Market.
- Click
at the desired cabinet on the page with the list of your cabinets and select the option Invite the administrator. - Specify the employee's email address.
- Press the button Create an invitation link.
- Send the link to the user.
You can assign a user as an account administrator at the same time as granting him other roles. See the instructions below.
Content Manager
Warning
An employee with this role will not have access to the merchant's account. If you need such access, add an additional role, for example, a store administrator.
To grant an employee a role Content Manager:
- In the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower left corner, and then select Settings → Employees and accesses.
- Find the desired employee in the list, click on the three-dot button and select Change the role.
- Click on the switch Content Manager.
- Click Save.

The setting will not work immediately — the opportunity to post shots will appear in two to three hours.
Other roles

Go to the list of employees who have access to the cabinet stores: in the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower-left corner, and then select Settings → Employees and accesses.

Press the button Invite an employee.

Enter the employee's email address and click Select roles.
The new user must have a login on Yandex, which has not been used before for other paid services, such as Yandex.Direct or Yandex Market. If the user does not have such a login, they will not have access to the interface and will only be able to receive notifications.

Select the roles in the appropriate stores.

Press the button Create an invitation link.

Send the link to the user.
How to change the user's role
- Go to the list of employees who have access to the cabinet stores: in the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower-left corner, and then select Settings → Employees and accesses.
- Hover the cursor over the line with the user's name, click
and select the option Change the role. - Mark the necessary roles for the user in the block Access to cabinet stores.
- Save the changes.
How to delete a user
Warning
If the user has access to several stores, he will be removed from the cabinet of all stores.
- Go to the list of employees who have access to the cabinet stores: in the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower-left corner, and then select Settings → Employees and accesses.
- Hover the cursor over the line with the user's name, click
and select the option Delete an employee.
How to change the account owner
Warning
Other users cannot change the account owner.
- Log in to your account on the Market under the username of the account owner.
- Send a request on the page Communication → Support → Cabinet settings.
How to subscribe a user to notifications
If the user has access to the account, he automatically receives mailings. The mailing list depends on the user's role.
You can also add subscribers to the newsletter who do not have access to the account:

Go to the list of employees who have access to the cabinet stores: in the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower-left corner, and then select Settings → Employees and accesses.

Press the button Invite an employee.

Specify the employee's email address.
- If the employee has mail on In Yandex, disable the option With access to the cabinet and press the button Select roles.
- If the employee's mail is not on In Yandex, click the button Select roles.

Select the necessary roles so that a new user receives their subscriptions.

Press the button Create an invitation link.

Send the link to the user.
