How to disable, transfer, or delete a store

Temporarily disable the store
In your personal account (FBS)
You can disable the store yourself to temporarily hide all offers from the Market.
To do this, go to the page Logistics→ Warehouses in the appropriate store, select the option Disable.
Your products will disappear from the storefront within 30 minutes after the store is shut down
The store won't shut down immediately, so keep tracking and processing new orders.
You can resume the store's operation on the same pages. Please note that if the store is disabled by Yandex.Market, you will not be able to turn it on yourself.
After the store is turned on, your products will return to the storefront within 3-6 hours. If no more than 48 hours have passed since the shutdown, within an hour.
If a store has been offline for 30 days or more, it must pass moderation again before activating.
Using API (FBS)
You can quickly disable warehouses and hide products from the Market using the API method. This is convenient if something unexpected has happened and you need orders not to arrive for a while. When the problems are resolved, the warehouses can be turned back on using the same method.
The goods will disappear in 15 minutes after the warehouse shutdown. After switching on, they will return to the showcase in 15 minutes, and if the warehouse has been shut down for 30 days or longer — after 4 hours.

Transfer the store to a different username
You can transfer the store to a different username if your details have changed or you want to transfer the account to a new owner. At the same time:
- if the SKU of the products was changed in the old cabinet, you will not be able to move the store.
- if the owners of the old and new cabinet are different, the owner of the old cabinet will receive the role of Cabinet Administrator in the new one. How to change a role or delete a user
- if there are different products with the same SKU in the old and new cabinets, they may be hidden from the showcase. To return the items for sale, check and edit them after the transfer. How to edit product information
If you have access to the username that the store is linked to, and you are the account owner:

Log in to [account](https://partner.market .yandex.ru/) under this username.

Write to the support service in the cabinet: Communication → Support → Create a request → Personal account settings in the format: "Please transfer the store [store name / store ID] from an account with login [...] to an account with login [...]". Also specify the ID of the cabinet to which you want to transfer the store. If you do not specify an identifier, the store can be transferred to any account with a new username.
The application will not be accepted if you are logged in with a different username when submitting it.
If you don't have access to the username that the store is linked to.:

On the company's letterhead, make an application in the format: "I ask you to transfer the store [store name / store ID_] from an account with login [...] to an account with login [...]". Also specify the ID of the cabinet to which you want to transfer the store. If you do not specify an identifier, the store can be transferred to any account with a new username.

Certify the application with the seal of the organization and the signature of an authorized person.

Send the scanned image of the application via the feedback form.

Details of the organization (name, , legal address) specified in the application must match the details on the store's website.

Change the store's audience
To change the categories of users who can buy from you, write to the support service in the cabinet: Communication → Support→ Create a request → Personal Account settings.
Delete store
If you want to transfer the store to another username
Use the information in the Transfer store to another username section.
You can delete the store yourself if you haven't completed its activation on Yandex.Market. To do this, scroll down in the Summary section and click Cancel connection.
If you have already connected the store, you can delete it only through the support service. After processing the request, you will not see the store in your account.
You cannot delete the last store on the contract
As part of each agreement, at least one store must remain in the cabinet so that reports and closing documents can be uploaded at the end of the quarter or fiscal year.
How to leave a request to delete an enabled store
Write to the support service in the cabinet: Communication → Support→ Create a request → Personal Account settings. The application format differs depending on whether you have access to the login of the account owner.
Log in with your username and send a request in the format "I ask you to remove the store [store name / store ID_] from the cabinet [cabinet name / cabinet ID_]".

Submit an application on the company's letterhead in the format "I request that the store [store name / store ID_] be removed from the cabinet [cabinet name / cabinet ID_]".

Certify the application with the seal of the organization and the signature of an authorized person.

Send the scanned image of the application via the feedback form.
Send a request
When deleting a store, you can receive payment documents. At the beginning of the month following the reporting month, the Market will send the documents to the store's email address. Then the original documents in paper form will be sent by Russian Post. For more information, see the section Calculations and accounting.
If you do not want to be hosted on the service because you have encountered difficulties using it, send a request via the feedback form and describe the problem in the Message field. We will try to help you understand the situation and set up the store's location.
