You can disable a store yourself to temporarily hide all offers from Market.
To do this, open Inventory → Warehouses, and in the row of the required warehouse select the Disable option.
Your products will disappear from the Market showcase within 30 minutes after the store is disabled
The store will not be disabled immediately, so continue to track and process new orders.
You can resume the store's operation on the same pages. Please note that if the store was disabled by Market, you will not be able to enable it yourself.
After enabling the store, your products will return to the Market showcase within 3–6 hours. If no more than 48 hours have passed since disabling — within an hour.
If the store has been disabled for 30 days or more, it must go through moderation again before reconnecting.
Using API (FBS)
You can quickly disable warehouses and hide products from Market using an API method. This is convenient if something unexpected happens and you need orders to stop coming in for a while. Once the issues are resolved, warehouses can be enabled again using the same method.
Products will be hidden 15 minutes after disabling the warehouse. After enabling, they will return to the showcase in 15 minutes, or if the warehouse was disabled for 30 days or longer — in 4 hours.
You can transfer a store to another login if your details have changed, or if you want to transfer the account to a new owner. At the same time:
if the products' SKUs were changed in the old account, you won't be able to transfer the store.
if the owners of the old and new accounts are different, the owner of the old account will receive the Account Administrator role in the new one. How to change a role or delete a user
if the old and new accounts have different products with the same SKU, they may be hidden from the showcase. To return the products to sale, check and edit them after the transfer. How to edit product information

If you have access to the login to which the store is linked, and you are the account owner:
Write to support in the account: → Support → Create request → Personal account settings in the format: "Please transfer the store [store name / store ID] from the account with the login […] to the account with the login […]". Also, specify the ID of the account to which the store should be transferred. If no ID is specified, the store may be transferred to any account under the new login.
The request will not be accepted if you are logged in under a different login when submitting it.
If you do not have access to the login to which the store is linked:
On the organization's letterhead, create a request in the format: "Please transfer the store [store name / store ID] from the account with the login […] to the account with the login […]". Also, specify the ID of the account to which the store should be transferred. If no ID is specified, the store may be transferred to any account under the new login.
Certify the request with the organization's seal and the signature of an authorized person.
Send a scanned copy of the request via the feedback form.
Warning
The organization's details (name, registration number, legal address) specified in the request must match the details on the store's website.

Once the store is hidden, it cannot be restored.
If you want to transfer the store to another login
You can hide the store yourself if you have not completed its connection to the Market. To do this, in the Summary section, scroll down and click Cancel connection.
If you have already connected the store, it can only be hidden through support. After the request is processed, you will not see the store in your account.
You cannot hide the last store on a contract
Within each contract, at least one store must remain in the account — so that at the end of the quarter or financial year you can download reports and closing documents.
How to submit a request to hide a connected store
Write to support in your account: → Support → Create a request → Personal account settings. The request format differs depending on whether you have access to the account owner's login.

Log in with the login and submit a request in the format: "Please hide the store [store name / store ID] from the account [account name / account ID]".
Fill out a request on the company letterhead in the format: "Please hide the store [store name / store ID] from the account [account name / account ID]".

Send a scanned copy of the request via the feedback form.
Submit a request
When hiding a store, you can receive payment documents. At the beginning of the month following the reporting month, the Market will send the documents to the store's email. For more details, see the Settlements and accounting section.
If you do not want to be placed on the service because you encountered difficulties using it, send a request through the feedback form and describe the problem in the Message field. Support will try to help resolve the situation and set up the store's placement.
