Download via integration with other marketplaces

If you already sell your products on other marketplaces, they can be quickly transferred to the Market by configuring integration between services — the main characteristics, images, and leftovers will move. So far it works for ozon.ru and wildberries.ru .

Integrations work through the APIs of other marketplaces. You just need to add an access key to your account on the Market and click on the button — then everything will happen by itself.

You can start the integration manually when necessary, or you can set up a regular process — then the integration will take place automatically every day.

How to set up integration

1. In the cabinet, open the page Products → Integration and select the marketplace for integration.

2. Fill in the details for the settings.

   You can get an API key in the account of another marketplace using the instructions below.

Ozon

1. Open your personal account Ozon Seller and go to the Administrator role in the section Settings → API keys. It is located on this page.

2. Copy it Client ID.

3. Click Generate a key, enter any name you like for it in the field The name of the key. In the block Types of tokens check the box next to the item Admin or Admin Read only — during integration, the Market will only download data from the site, but will not be able to upload anything to it.

4. Copy it API key — the code that will appear on the screen.

   Warning

   Be sure to immediately add the API key to the Market account, or save it in notes, notepad, or an electronic document. If you do not do this and close the page with the code, you will not be able to view it again, and you will need to generate a new key.

5. Insert API key and Client ID go to the appropriate fields in the Market account and click Plug.

Wildberries

1. Open your personal account WB Seller and go to the section Settings → API Access. It is located on this page.

2. Click Create a new token.

3. Enter any name you like for the key in the field Token Name.

4. Put a check mark in the item Read-only when creating a token, during integration, the Market will only upload data from the site, but will not be able to upload anything to it. Select API categories to be active: Content, Marketplace, Prices and Discounts.

   If a message appears that it is not recommended to use the same key for 2 or more categories, skip it. For successful integration, the Market needs one key for all three specified categories.

5. Copy it Token — the code that will appear on the screen.

   Warning

   Be sure to immediately add the token to the Market account, or save it in notes, notepad, or an electronic document. If you do not do this and close the page with the code, you will not be able to view it again, and you will need to generate a new one.

6. Insert the token into the appropriate field in the Market account and click Plug.

How does the Market compare products

When you launch the integration, the Market focuses on the following parameters:

The values of identifiers on other marketplaces are recorded in the SKU of products on the Market. If the product is already in your catalog on the Market, but its SKU differs from the identifier on another marketplace, it will be added to your catalog again when integrating the products.

Example. The article of the product on wildberries.ru — LO-2832-black, size 42. The SKU of this product will be LO-2832-black42 on the Market.

How to enable regular updates

On the page Products → Integration with marketplaces select the section with products and prices or balances and in the block Regularly click Turn on. If necessary, use filters to select individual products that you want to transfer information about to the Market.

What are your options when setting up:

• Add products to the catalog on the Market that you have on another site — for example, the store's assortment has been expanded.
• Choose which data about products that are already in the Market catalog should be updated. You can update only the prices or only the description and parameters of the product — or you can do both.
• Decide what to do if the product parameters on another site and on the Market differ. You can leave the parameters on the Market, or you can consider information from another site a higher priority and replace data on the Market with data from it.

The integration will be automatically launched once a day. If you need to update the data earlier — start the one-time integration manually by clicking Download in the appropriate section.

How to transfer goods and prices on a one-time basis

Only the parameters that the product has on both the Market and on another marketplace are transferred. If the product description does not have a similar parameter on the Market, it will be ignored. Read more about the different parameters in the article Information about products on the Market.

1. In the cabinet, open the page Products → Integration with marketplaces and in the block Products and prices click Download.

2. If necessary, use filters to select individual products to transfer to the Market.

3. Specify whether you need to transfer prices too, and click Download.

   Products will begin to be added to the Market, approximately 1000 products per minute.

   If the process is interrupted, for example, due to loss of connection, press Repeat. The transfer of all items will begin anew.

4. When the transfer is completed, check the product statuses in the catalog and fix the detected problems. Read more in the article How to view product statuses.

How to filter products for import

1. In the cabinet, open the page Products → Integration with marketplaces and in the block Filter products select filters: uploading new or already added products to the Market, their status, creation dates and articles — they can be separated by commas.

2. Click Download.

How to transfer balance data on a one-time basis

1. In the cabinet, open the page Products → Integration with marketplaces and in the block Remains click Add a warehouse.

2. Select the warehouses on the Market and the corresponding warehouses of another marketplace from which you want to transfer the quantity of goods.

   For one Market warehouse, you can set up integration with only one warehouse of another marketplace. If there are several warehouses, add each one separately.

3. Click Download.

   The number of products will start to be updated. Data for about 1000 products is updated in one minute.

   If the process is interrupted, for example, due to connection loss or an error, correct it and click Repeat.

How to update the data

If any product data on another marketplace has changed or new products have appeared, just run the necessary integration again.

If some product parameters on another marketplace differ from the parameters on the Market, you can choose which data to leave: another marketplace or Market.
