How to highlight original products

If you sell products of certain brands from the categories on the Market: goods for children, home, beauty, as well as clothes, shoes, accessories and 18+ products, they can get a mark The original in the window. To do this, you will need to download the documents on a special page — read the instructions in the article Upload documents for products.

You can inform the Market about your brand rights in your account: click on the name of your store→ Brands → Add a brand and upload the documents confirming your rights.

The Market will need time to check the documents: on average, 3-4 hours, and if your brand is not yet on the Market — up to 24 hours. You can follow the progress and the result of the check on the same page.

After checking the documents, all brand management features will be available to you.

Requirements for documents

To confirm your rights to the brand, the following are suitable:

  • Certificate of trademark registration with Rospatent.

  • An electronic extract from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) or the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).

  • An exclusive license or sublicense for the use of a trademark.

  • A letter of guarantee from the copyright holder, which gives the exclusive right to use the trademark. It is necessary if you are not the copyright holder or the account does not indicate the same legal entity as in the brand documents.

If you do not have a letter of guarantee, the documents must be issued to the same legal entity as indicated in the cabinet.

The number of the trademark registration certificate must be indicated in the documents.

The certificate must be valid at the time of download — with an expiration date that has not yet occurred.

How to manage the content on the card

On the Market, the cards are managed by the sellers themselves. When a seller adds a new product, he can copy an existing card for himself, including the one created by the manufacturer.

If you notice an error in the data of some product, you can write to the Market about it and send the correct specifications. Do this through the cabinet, which has the documents for the brand verified by the Market. Moderators will contact the seller and ask them to correct the data.

How to combine product variants on one card

If the store sells several versions of the same product, for example, in different colors or with different memory capacity, they can be combined on one card. You can do this yourself or use the help of the Market.

To combine them independently, use special instructions.

In order for the Market to help with the merger, submit an application on the page Brands and attach links to the products that need to be combined on one card.

How to file a complaint against the seller

If someone violates your copyright or related rights on the Market, you can file a complaint against an unscrupulous seller on the page Brands.

In order for the Market to figure it out faster, you will need to attach documents confirming your rights to the brand, and screenshots of pages with products that are posted in violation.

If you suspect that someone is placing incorrect or contradictory ads on the Market and you want to report it, .

How to mark a recommended store

On the Market, you can recommend trusted and official stores to customers, highlighting them among competitors with special icons: — official store, — brand representative.

The icon is displayed next to the store name on the product card.

You can mark one or more stores with special icons on the page Brands in the tab Recommended stores. If you give the store both badges, the Market will show customers only the official store's badge.

The selected icon will start to be displayed on the Market within 4 hours.

You can uncheck the recommended store on the same page.
