How to add a video to a card

You can add several short videos to the product card — they will appear after the main photo and help you present the product to the buyer.

Please note: we are talking about a short video presentation of the product's capabilities and features. Detailed author's reviews will not work for the product card.

Content requirements

• The video should show the product shown on the card in working condition.
• The product must be clearly visible and occupy at least two thirds of the screen in most frames.
• We recommend uploading videos with a duration of no more than one minute.
• Show the product itself from different sides, its description, characteristics, design, features, kit.
• You can use text. Write it without mistakes, do not decorate it with symbols.
• If there is speech, add subtitles. The video should be perceived well without sound.

Good examples: smartphone, styler, gaming headset.

What exactly won't work:

• Videos with watermarks and logos of other Internet sites, advertisements, extraneous inscriptions, prices, frames, fields. At the same time, the brand logo can be used.
• Videos with links to third-party sites.
• Content that is related or associated with the policy.
• Propaganda of drugs, alcohol, smoking, weapons, as well as videos discrediting someone's honor or business reputation.

Technical requirements

A maximum of 6 videos can be uploaded to the card.

Only high-quality videos are suitable: without shaking, in focus and with correct color reproduction.

• From 20 to 30 frames per second.
• The resolution on the larger side is from 1080 to 1920 pixels.
• Format: MP4, WebM, MOV, QT, FLV or AVI.
• One video stream.
• No more than 100 MB.
