Upload documents for products
You can not read, but watch
Some products require documents to be sold — upload them to the Market so that customers can order such products in your store.
And if you sell products in the categories of goods for children, home, beauty, as well as clothes, shoes, accessories, 18+ products, customers will see a mark on the window The original and a special filter will appear to search for original products.
How to find out if documents are needed
Find your product categories in the section "What can be sold on the Market». If documents are required, it will indicate which ones. If there are no instructions about a specific category, then documents are not needed.
It is better to upload all the documents that you have, even if they are not required for sale — this way the Market will be able to provide them faster if it receives a request from the buyer. In addition, documents may be needed for air transportation and advertising of goods in some systems.
If you have documents confirming the official trade of the brand's goods, they will receive a mark on the showcase The original and buyers will be able to find such products using a special filter. Products with this mark stand out among similar offers from other sellers and arouse more customer confidence.

In the cabinet, go to the page Products → Documents.

Click Add a document.

Specify the document data: number, type (for example, certificate of conformity), expiration date and, optionally, a note — to make it easier to find the desired document in the list.

Upload a scan or photo of the document in PDF, PNG, JPEG format.

Click Save. A section will appear on the page Products.

Click Choose and mark all the products that the uploaded document belongs to.

Click Link.
After that, the Market will check the uploaded documents within a day and make sure that all the data is correct and the documents are valid. If something is wrong with them, you will see a warning about it on the page — correct the errors found and make sure that the documents are accepted.
How to update an outdated document
If the document has expired, download the new version: open the menu next to the old document and click Add a document with the same products — The market will copy the list of linked products and you will not have to select them manually.
You can link new products to uploaded documents on the same page or on the product editing page in the dashboard, as well as using automation tools:
- in the YML file: pass document number. Read more about working with YML files here.

Which products can get the Original mark
So far, these are some brands in the categories: products for children, home, beauty, as well as clothing, shoes, accessories and 18+ products. In the future, the Market will expand the list of categories and brands that can receive the Original mark.

In the cabinet, go to the page Products → Documents and switch to the tab Brands.

Click Add a document.

Select the brand name, the type of document (for example, a license agreement or the consent of the copyright holder), the expiration date and, optionally, a note to make it easier to find the desired document in the list.

Upload a scan or photo of the document in PDF, PNG, JPEG format.

Click Save.
After that, the Market will check the uploaded document within a day and make sure that all the data is specified correctly, and the document is valid. If something is wrong with it, you will see a warning about it on the page — correct the errors found and make sure that the document is accepted.
If everything is in order, within 24 hours after checking the document, the mark The original it will appear on the showcase for your products of the selected brand.
