Also, ensure that the product dimensions meet the requirements of the warehouse model suitable for you:
Conditions for selling electronics
Electronic devices must have specific programs pre-installed
The list is determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation. View the official list and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2241-r dated August 19, 2025
If a device does not have these programs or does not support them, you must warn the buyer. If there is no warning, the buyer has the right to return the product as defective at any time after purchase. How to track returns and receive the product
To reduce the risk of such returns, when filling out the product card, select No in the Supports pre-installed programs field.
When adding smartphones to the catalog, be sure to specify full article numbers (SKUs).
