Ultima Yandex Market is a carefully selected assortment of premium products on the Market.
Such products receive additional promotion from the Market, for example:
- they are shown in their own prominent section on the Market;
- they receive a special badge that distinguishes them in the storefront among other products;
- they are promoted through outdoor advertising, digital advertising, and other methods.
The Market helps fill out the cards for such products: it prompts you to add high-quality photos, a detailed description, specify all necessary characteristics, and edit them if anything has changed.
Cost of placing products in the Ultima Yandex Market section
Standard rate in the product category + 1.5%. View rates
Conditions of participation
Currently, Ultima Yandex Market products can be sold in:
- Moscow and the Moscow region;
- St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region;
- Nizhny Novgorod;
- Krasnodar;
- Rostov-on-Don;
- Kazan;
- Yekaterinburg;
- Novosibirsk;
- Tyumen;
- Chelyabinsk.
To start selling such products, several requirements must be met:

The store must operate under the FBP or FBS model.

No more than 2 cancellations per month due to the store's fault.

Store rating — no lower than 4.5. How it is calculated

At least 500 delivered orders since the beginning of 2024.

You will need to upload documents confirming the authenticity of the products.
If the requirements are met, fill out and submit an application to the Market using the link — the Market will contact you based on the results of the review. Suitable products for the section are selected by an expert committee of the Market, and if the proposed assortment is not suitable, the application may be rejected.
How to work with orders
Ultima Yandex Market products are marked in the account with a special badge.
Working with orders that contain such products should be done in the same way as with any others — according to the instructions for your store's operating model.
For now, additional actions are only needed if you sell clothes, shoes, or accessories — you will need a safetag for them.
Working with safetags
A safetag is a special tag attached to the product that confirms its authenticity. The buyer will not be able to return the product without a safetag or if it is damaged or reattached to the product.
If you sell clothes, shoes, or accessories, a safetag must be attached to the product before packaging or shipping. Attach it wherever it is convenient: for example, to a T-shirt label or a shoelace hole.
If there is nowhere to attach the safetag, ship the product without it. In this case, write to the Market that the order was shipped without a safetag and specify its number.
Note
If you run out of safetags, write to the Market's support service. Do not forget to warn them if you need to ship any product without a safetag.
Packaging express orders
Special materials will be needed for packaging
Orders must be packaged in special shoppers, and if they are clothes, shoes, or accessories, safetags will also be needed.
To get shoppers or safetags, contact your manager — in 2 days, everything for packaging will be with you. Keep track of the number of shoppers and safetags and replenish your stock in a timely manner.
Pack the product in a box or bag, and if it is clothes, shoes, or an accessory, do not forget to attach a safetag. A safetag is not needed for underwear and glasses.
After that, if the dimensions of the product allow, put it in a shopper. If the product does not fit, you can ship it without a shopper.
The barcode must be glued to the packaging of the product itself — do not glue it to the shopper.

How to process returns
If something didn't fit, the buyer will have more time than usual to return the product — 28 days (15 days for electronics, home appliances, and jewelry). If possible, the Market will additionally inspect the returned product to check the condition of the safetag and reduce the number of incorrect returns.
Otherwise, returns are processed as usual.
Termination of participation
If a seller sells non-original products and the Market receives justified complaints from buyers, it may deprive the seller of the opportunity to place their products in the Ultima Yandex Market section.
