Custom Label
Each order must have a label with information for the delivery services. You can download a ready-made shortcut in your account, get it through the API, or create it yourself.
A new up—to-date label is generated for each order, with the barcode of the Market and the order information. If there is an old label or other stickers on the package, such as those left after the return of the product, remove them before gluing a new one.
If there are several cargo spaces in the order
Each cargo place must have a separate label, otherwise the sorting center or the PVZ will not accept such orders.
How to get a shortcut

- On the page Orders and shipments select the desired order.

What should be the label?
The label should be 120 × 75 mm or 58 × 40 mm in size — use the one that is more convenient for you. Due to the peculiarities of logistics in some cities We recommend using 120× 75 mm labels. The size can be changed in the cabinet, on the page Orders and shipments.
Check the information on the label
If there are any errors, the order may not be delivered or it may be delivered late. If a store regularly violates the Market's requirements for creating a label, it may be disabled.
For printing, use special self—adhesive paper, for example, with rubber-based glue. Then the label will be securely attached to the product packaging, will not tear or get wet.
A regular printer or a thermal printer with a special tape will do. For a regular printer, the Market will group labels on a single A4 sheet and add cut lines — it will fit. 8 labels in 120 × 75 mm format or 21 The label is 58 × 40 mm.
How to place multiple labels on the same sheet
- If you are printing from Adobe Acrobat DC, look at the instructions on the official website.
- If you are printing from the printer menu, select the image printing method with the option of printing 6 photos on one sheet.
How to check a printed label
Make sure that the entire contents of the label fit on the sticker, and that the text and barcodes are printed clearly and legibly.
Try scanning the barcode, for example, using a mobile application. If you can't count it, improve the print quality of the printer. The staff of the sorting center or the pick-up point will not accept the order if one of the barcodes is missing or it is not fully printed.
Do not mark labels or manually correct the information printed on the label. If there are any errors, print the label again.
How to fix a label on a package
Place the label on the flat, largest plane of the box. If the box is non-standard, find a stable position for it and paste the label on the upper plane. If the product is bulky, print at least four labels and paste them on each side of the product.
Do this carefully so that the barcode does not get smudged or erased. The sticker should not cover information and manipulation signs. If the label is printed on plain paper, be sure to cover it with duct tape so that it does not get damaged during the delivery of the goods.
If the order is packaged in stretch tape, it should not overlap the label, order information, and barcode.
