How to process and ship orders

Where to view incoming orders

New orders from customers appear in the cabinet on the page Orders → Orders and shipments in the tab Waiting for the build with the status Can be processed.

For each order, the planned shipment date is indicated — the day when it needs to be delivered to the selected sorting center or pick-up point. Where can I ship orders

Ship orders on time: the customer can cancel the order if it takes too long to arrive. Besides, late shipments they lower your quality index.

How often do I need to check new orders?

Act as you like. Someone keeps track of new orders all the time to process them as they arrive, while someone collects everything at once once a day. The main thing is not to miss orders and ship them on time.

Notifications about new orders can be enabled and configured in the dashboard on the page Subscribe to notifications.

What to do with a new order

Make sure that all the items from the order are in stock. You can download the list of orders to check the items on the same page. If something is missing, remove the product from the order or reschedule or cancel the order. It is better to avoid this: editing, postponing, and canceling an order will lower your quality index.

If everything is in place, click Ready for shipment and if there are several ready—made orders, tick them off in the list.

For large items that are packed in several boxes, add the required number of cargo spaces.

How to transfer an order

The order can be rescheduled for the next shipment, but no later than half an hour before the time when you stop accepting orders. To do this, click Move on the order page.

If you have less than half an hour left before the selected time, you can only cancel the order.

How to cancel an order

If you can't ship the order or haven't had time to transfer it, click on the order page. Cancel. You cannot return a cancelled order.

How to remove an item from an order

Sometimes an item that is not in stock can be excluded from an order if the order does not lose value to the buyer. For example, you may not be able to send only a case if the customer ordered a smartphone and a case for it.

The market will send a message to the buyer about the change in the order composition.

Acceptance and transfer certificate

You don't need an act for shipping, but you will need it if something goes wrong. For example, to file a claim: a signed statement will confirm that you have shipped the claimed quantity of goods.

The report will appear in your account when the time for accepting new orders for the next shipment is over, and you will transfer all received orders to the status Ready for shipment or Cancelled.

If, according to your warehouse's schedule, you continue to accept new orders not immediately, but after a day or several, the report will appear on the next business day. For example, you finished accepting orders on Friday, transferred them to the required statuses, and must make the shipment on Monday. The report will also appear on Monday.

If something went wrong, the report can be generated manually. Download the template and fill it out according to the instructions on the first sheet. You can specify any number of the report.

Shipping orders

Sorting centers and pick-up points accept orders. both individually and in groups. The order group is called by shipping.

To ship an order, it must be packaged and labeled. This can be done at any time: both before processing the order in the cabinet, and after. The main thing is to be able to deliver the orders on time for shipment.

When to ship orders

You can ship orders on the day of receipt or the next day. The date and time of shipment of goods are always indicated in the cabinet on the shipment page. How to set up the shipping time

Delays reduce the store's quality index.

⚠️ Bring goods heavier than 15 kg and more than 150 cm in the sum of the three sides only on the appointed day.

How to ship orders

Pack the orders and make sure that each one has a label. Bring the orders to the sorting center or PVZ according to its work schedule.

After accepting orders, check their statuses in the cabinet. If there are problems, you will see this by the order status or by the discrepancy report.

The final status of the order will appear in your personal account within 24 hours of receipt of the product by the buyer.
