How to set up a warehouse and ship orders
The shipping parameters need to be configured for each warehouse, i.e. for each FBS store in the cabinet.
On the settings page, you can change the main parameters of the warehouse: the internal name (if you specified an inconvenient one when creating the warehouse), the address and information about the contact person. Here you can also specify or change the parameters of the shipment of orders — the schedule of the warehouse, the number of orders in the shipment.
How to change the warehouse address and settings
- Go to the page Logistics → Warehouses.
- Find the desired warehouse and click on its name.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
On this page, you can change the shipment settings and basic warehouse parameters, such as the address or opening hours.
The changes will not be applied immediately
Updating the settings takes up to 6 hours. Until the process is completed, new orders will arrive with the same settings.
How to set up a shipment
Shipment size
This is the number of orders that you are ready to pack and bring to the sorting center in one day. All orders over this amount will be transferred to shipment the next day. This increases the delivery time that customers will see, but this way the load on your warehouse will be more uniform.
Set the size so that you always have time to check, pack, and ship all orders.
Place of shipment
The place where you will deliver your packed orders. You can choose a shipping center or a sorting center. Please note the different restrictions on the number of orders per shipment and the maximum dimensions. Learn more about shipping locations
Shipping schedule
The schedule according to which you can accept and ship orders:
- When you are ready to ship packaged orders: on the day the order was received, or the next day.
- The time before which the orders will arrive in the next shipment. If the order arrives later, it will need to be shipped in the next shipment.
Example
You ship orders on the same day and accept them before 12:00.
On Monday, you received two orders: one at 11:30 a.m., the other at 12:05 p.m. The first order will be shipped on the same day, and the second will need to be shipped with the next shipment on Tuesday.

Schedule of work and weekends
Warehouse opening hours are the days when you can process and ship orders.
Select the appropriate days of the week for processing and separately for shipments. It should take at least 5 business days.
By default, public holidays are non—working days. If your warehouse will be open, or you need to set up additional weekends, click To the output settings — enable the option The warehouse is open on all public holidays or mark the appropriate dates.
If you ship goods from your warehouse to a Market courier, you can add additional days off no later than 5 days in advance.
