How to set up work with refunds

Open partner.market.yandex.ru, click Enter log in using the Yandex ID that you used during registration. There you can resume the connection process from the desired location.

Return Policy

Your customers can cancel the order at any time and cancel it before receiving it. Buyers can return most of the goods even after receiving them by making a refund.

Some items buyers will not be able to return, even if everything is fine with them:

  • онлайн-подписки, карты оплаты и коды активации;
  • продукты питания;
  • живые цветы, если были нарушены рекомендации по хранению, указанные продавцом;
  • товары, изготовленные специально для конкретного покупателя.

Warning

Если вы торгуете на витрине для бизнеса, ваши покупатели не могут возвращать товары, которые им не подошли или не понравились.

FBY, FBS, Express data will fill in the Market

If you sell using the FBY model, the goods returned by customers will go to the Market warehouse, and from there they will be on sale again. If there are any controversial issues, the Market will contact you using the contact details that you provided when filling out the legal data.

In the FBS model, the buyer can return the product through the pick-up point, send it by mail or courier.

  • The Market will automatically select the point where you place your orders as the main place to receive refunds — the returned goods will also arrive there.
  • For returns by courier and mail, the Market will specify the address of your warehouse and contacts from the legal data.

In the Express model for returns by courier, the Market will specify the address of your warehouse and contacts from the legal data. If you work on the FBY, FBS or Express model and do not want to return inexpensive goods, check the box after placing them on the showcase A quick refund for a cheap marriage and specify the threshold amount. Then the Market will automatically transfer money to customers for the marriage, without requiring them to return the product itself.

DBS — specify the return address and contacts

  1. On the connection page in the step Data for refunds and non-purchases click To configure.

  2. Specify two addresses for returns — by mail and by courier — and who will be able to receive parcels. If you want to take delivery at home, you can leave your home address.

  3. In the block Contacts leave the contacts of someone who can promptly answer the questions of the Market support service or customers.

  4. Click Save.
