How to register on the Market

1. Open the page partner.market.yandex.com and proceed to registration.

2. Please provide your details: country of registration, name, phone number and email address.

3. Register a new one or select an existing Yandex ID account. Another service won't work. Your ID should look like a mailing address that ends in @yandex.com. What is Yandex ID?

   

4. Come up with a name for your store — it will be seen by customers on the Market. You can use English or Russian. The name of the store on the Market may not match the legal name. If someone has already taken the chosen name, you will have to come up with another one.

   Name requirements

   The maximum length is 50 characters. The name should not contain:

   • other people's trademarks,
   • profanity,
   • websites, phone numbers, addresses, or other contact information,
   • words and phrases like "low prices", "discounts", "sale", "new products", "analog", "free", "the most, "the best", "the biggest", "number 1",
   • instructions like "official distributor", "official dealer" — they can only be used if you can officially confirm this status.

5. Specify the country of registration.

6. Specify the country where your goods are stored.

7. Select the product categories that you plan to sell.

8. Read and accept the terms of the agreement.

9. Go to the account on the connection page to fill in the data.

10. Please provide your details: the name of the organization in English or Chinese and the registration number as indicated in your documents. For example, for China it is specified in the business license (营业执照), for Hong Kong - Business Registration Certificate (BRC).

11. Upload photos or scans of documents. You will need an identity document and a business license (身份证 and 营业执照/BRC).

12. Make sure that everything is specified correctly, otherwise you will not be able to receive payments on orders.

13. Select a technology partner who will transfer customer payments to you. Yandex. Market will show you his contacts. Be sure to contact him to complete the registration. What is a technology partner for?
