Select products and create a request

You can bring any goods that are allowed on the Market to the warehouse. If you have added an item to the catalog and there are no errors in the card, you can put such an item in stock. How to view product statuses

1. In the cabinet on the page Logistics → Supplies of goods click Create a request.
2. Choose which way to add the products: manually select them from the catalog or upload them using an excel file.
3. Download and edit the file or make the necessary changes on the page directly in the cabinet.
4. For the goods that you plan to bring, specify the quantity. In the field Optimal for delivery you can view the quantity of goods with a small stock, which the Market recommends to bring to the warehouse, so that it is enough for the next 30 days. This amount is calculated based on the turnover of the product, its sales in the region and the remaining stock.
5. Fill in the field Barcode for all products, or check that it is already filled in.
6. If you downloaded the file, upload it to the Market.
7. Click Continue.
8. Select the date and time of arrival at the warehouse.
9. Specify the details of the person who will deliver the goods: your employee or the legal entity of the company that will deliver the goods on your behalf.
10. Ask the warehouse for information about the customs documents that you need to take with you.

How to change the application

The request can be edited as long as there are more than 24 hours left before delivery.

You can change the list of goods that you will deliver or their quantity:

1. In the cabinet, open the section Logistics → Supplies of goods.

2. Open the required delivery and click Edit a request.

3. Download the list of products, edit it and upload it again.

   Yandex. Market will check the list. It usually takes a few minutes. . If the check is successful, you will receive a message that the changes have been saved. If the delivery volume increases significantly during editing, the Market will suggest choosing a different time for arrival, so that it will be exactly enough to receive the goods in the warehouse.

4. Print out the new acceptance certificates and labels, delivery with the old ones will not be accepted at the warehouse.

5. On the page Logistics → Supplies of goods open a purchase order.

6. Find the request created by Yandex.Market for the desired warehouse in the list and click Cancel the request.

If there are less than 24 hours left before delivery, you will not be able to edit the request. Start collecting items in advance so that you can make changes on time if necessary.

How to transfer or cancel an application

The request can be rescheduled if there are more than 24 hours left before delivery.

1. On the page Logistics → Supplies of goods click on the required application.
2. Change the scheduled delivery time or click Cancel the request.

If the seller was late or did not arrive at the warehouse at all, but did not reschedule or cancel the request on time, the Market will automatically cancel the request one month after the scheduled delivery date..
