If this data in your account is outdated (for example, you don't have access to the phone number), fill in the Restore Access form.

If you have access to the device on which you are logged in to your account, search for the saved password in the browser or operating system settings.
Other browsers and iOS and Android operating systems also store passwords. You can learn how to find them in your browser or device manual.
If you have a device where you're logged in to your account, link your current phone number to the account and log in on another device using an SMS code. If this device is a phone, use a QR code to log in.
To resolve most issues, you need to contact your organization's domain administrator. If you don't know who the administrator is, ask the employee who gave you the username and password to log in to your email.

We can help if you're required to pass verification when logging in. There are two possible reasons for such verification: you're logging in with new device or Yandex is asking you change the password.
