# Paste text from the clipboard and favorites

Yandex Keyboard stores copied text fragments in the built-in clipboard. You can copy up to 20 different fragments: all of them will be available in the Yandex Keyboard clipboard. You can also save the most frequently used fragments to favorites. You can store any number of fragments in favorites.

## Clipboard {#from-clipboard}


#### Paste fragment from clipboard

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
2. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.
    
3. Select the text fragment.

#### Delete fragment from clipboard

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.

1. Tap and hold the required text fragment.

1. Select **Delete**.


To delete all text fragments in the clipboard, tap ![](_images/delete-clipboard.svg) and select **Clear clipboard**.

## Favorites {#fav}

#### Add to favorites

1. Copy the text.

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
2. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.
    
3. Tap and hold the required text fragment.

4. Tap **Add to favorites**.

#### Paste from favorites

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.
    
1. Scroll down to the **Favorites** section.

1. Tap the required text fragment.

#### Delete from favorites

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
        
1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.
        
2. Scroll down to the **Favorites** section.

3. Tap and hold the required text fragment.

4. Tap **Favorites**.

#### Delete from clipboard and favorites

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
        
1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-android.svg) icon.
        
1. Scroll down to the **Favorites** section.

1. Tap and hold the required text fragment.

1. Select **Delete**.
