Managing the message list

Certain actions with messages can be performed without leaving the email list.

To open the action menu for a specific email, drag the message bar to the left until it reaches the middle of the screen and tap More. This menu contains all the standard actions you can perform with a message: reply, forward, delete, mark as read or as unread, move to a folder, or apply a label.

To perform actions with multiple messages at once, select them. Tap the sender's profile picture in the message bar. You will see an action menu for multiple messages at the bottom of the screen. The following actions are available in this menu:

  • — Delete messages
  • — Mark as read
  • — Mark as unread
  • — Mark as spam
  • — Mark as not spam
  • — Show more actions (To folder, Archive, Labels)
  • — Move to other folders
  • — Move messages to Archive
  • — Label messages
