Managing the email list

Certain actions with messages can be performed without leaving the email list.

To open the action menu of a particular message, pull the message bar to the left until it reaches the middle of the screen. This menu contains all the standard actions you can perform with a message: reply, forward, delete, mark as read or as unread, move to a folder, or apply a label.

To work with multiple messages at the same time, select the messages by tapping the sender's avatar in the message bar. You will see an action menu for multiple messages at the bottom of the screen. The following actions are available in this menu:

  • — Delete messages
  • — Mark as spam
  • — Mark as not spam
  • — Mark as read
  • — Mark as unread
  • — Move messages to other folders
  • — Label messages
  • — Move messages to Archive
