Notifications in the feed

To set up notifications in the feed:

  1. Go back to the top of the page.
  2. On the Home screen, tap  (profile icon) → App settings.
  3. Go to Push notifications.
  4. Turn on the notifications you want to receive.

Notifications about reviews and ratings

Yandex sends notifications offering to tell you about places, movies, and other things you viewed from the search results, as well as to leave a review about a place you have recently visited. This data helps to improve the quality of search results. It's shown to those people who are looking for something similar.

If you don't want to receive such notifications, disable them:

  1. Go back to the top of the page.

  2. On the Home screen, tap  (profile icon) → App settings.

  3. Go to Push notifications.

  4. Disable the following options:

    • Survey reminders, if you don't want to leave reviews about places, movies, and so on.
    • Opinion about different places, if you don't want to leave reviews about places you've visited.
    • Visited places, if you don't want to leave reviews about the places you visited today.
    • Reaction to reviews and ratings, if you don't want to receive notifications about reactions to your reviews.
    • Survey reminders, if you don't want to leave reviews about places, movies, and so on.
    • Opinion about different places, if you don't want to leave reviews about places you've visited.
    • Visited places, if you don't want to leave reviews about the places you visited today.
    • Reaction to reviews and ratings, if you don't want to receive notifications about reactions to your reviews.
    • Updated information about places, if you don't want to leave reviews about the location of organizations.
