Connection problems

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet. To check, use a browser or other apps.

  2. Make sure that the Yandex app is allowed to access the internet.

    Go to Settings → Connections and general access → Data sharing and make sure that the Mobile internet is enabled for the Yandex app.

    Go to Settings → Cellular and make sure that access for the Yandex app is enabled in Cellular data options.

  3. If you are connected to the internet but the problem with the app persists, contact us:
