Change your signature

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Select the account where you want to change the signature.
  4. Enter the text of your signature in the Signature field.

Change the theme

If you wish, you can change the app theme:
  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Enable/disable Dark theme.

Set up notifications and folder synchronization

You can configure push notifications and synchronization separately for each folder:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Select the account where you want to receive notifications and synchronize selected folders.
  4. In the Notify of new messages field, select one of the following options for each folder:
    • Sync and notify me: The folder syncs in the background and you receive new email notifications.
    • Sync without notification: The folder syncs in the background and you don't receive new email notifications.
    • Do not sync: The folder syncs only if you open it.
    Attention. When you disable email uploads, notifications are disabled as well. You can't disable email uploads and enable notifications at the same time.

For all the accounts on the device, you can choose when to silence notifications and pause vibration and visual alerts. To do this:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Select Mode Do not disturb.
  4. For Quiet, select a time to disable notifications.

Set up the translator

You can enable the automatic translation of incoming messages into a selected language:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Enable Translation and select the default language that the translator will offer to translate a message into.

To use the translator, open an appropriate message and, after selecting the target language for translation, tap Translate above the message text.

Set up voice control

To dictate messages and listen to incoming messages, turn on Voice control:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Tap Settings (under the list of folders and labels).
  3. Enable Voice control and select the language to use for voice control.

To listen to an incoming message, open it and tap in the lower-right corner.

To dictate a message, open a compose message window and tap in the lower-right corner.

  2. Select Help and support under the list of folders.
  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select a subject.
  5. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
Attention. If you'd like to report a problem with the mobile app, please use the feedback form in the app rather than the one in Help. This way your request will be received by the right support specialists and you will get a quicker response. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue. If the app crashes unexpectedly and you can't use it to contact us, please send the error message via the feedback form.
