Orders and bookings

Yandex Mail makes it easy to handle emails that contain hotel bookings, orders from online stores, and electronic plane or cinema tickets. When you receive such an email, a widget appears containing a brief overview of your order or booking in the list of messages.

If you want to disable widgets:

1. In the upper-right corner, click  → All settings.
2. Select Interface.
3. Under In list of messages, disable the highlight hotel reservations, tickets, and purchases option.
4. Save changes.

Hotel booking

An email confirming your hotel booking will display its name, length of stay, the number of people in a room, the price, and the free cancellation period.

Flights

The message line with your e-tickets will display the cities and dates of departure and arrival.

Yandex Mail also sends you a reminder three days before the flight. If the departure time, place, or destination in the reminder are indicated incorrectly, please contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.

To disable notifications:

1. In the upper-right corner, click  → All settings.
2. Select Interface.
3. Under Notifications, enable the Do not notify about departure times option.
4. Save changes.

Cinema, theater, or concert tickets

The message line will display the name of the cinema, play, or concert, date, venue, and seats purchased.

Orders from online stores

The message line displays the order name, number, status, and price.
