Account

Some app functions are only available if you're logged in to your account (for example, leaving reviews about organizations and attaching photos).

Log in to your account

Tap → Log in.
Enter your Yandex account username and password. If you don't have an account, register.

If you've already logged in to your Yandex account on this device, when you first open Yandex Navigator, you'll automatically be logged in.

When you log in to Yandex Navigator and Yandex Maps using the same account, the app settings are synced. So, if you change settings in Yandex Navigator, the changes also apply to Yandex Navigator.

Log out of your account

Tap (profile picture).
Tap → Sign out.
Select Sign out only from this app.

Tap (profile picture).
Tap → Sign out.

Remove a remembered account

You can forget your account to make it disappear from all Yandex apps on this device.

To remove a remembered account:

Tap (profile picture).
Tap → Sign out.
Select Sign out of all Yandex apps on this device.

Tap your profile picture.
In the window that opens, tap and hold the account name.
Tap Forget on this device.

To log in to your account again, you need to enter your username and password.

Delete your account

When you delete an account, the data associated with it is also deleted. You won't be able to register the same username again.

Your account will be frozen for 30 days, during which you can cancel the deletion. If you cancel the deletion, the data of all services will be restored (with the exception of Yandex Mail data).

To delete an account:

Tap (profile picture).
Tap → Sign out.
Select Permanently delete account.

Tap your profile picture.
In the window that opens, tap and hold the account name.
Tap Permanently delete account and follow the instructions.

Delete personal data

You can erase your personal data from Yandex Navigator. You can delete personal information from your account and the information that you added in business services.

To delete your data from Yandex Navigator:

Open Your data on Yandex.
In the Manage data section, select Yandex Navigator. This opens a list of data types stored by the service.
Select the types that you want to delete and tap Delete selected.
In the window that opens, tap Delete data. If you changed your mind, tap Leave unchanged.

The data will be deleted from Yandex Navigator in 30 calendar days. The photos will be stored in the Yandex internal network for a year. After that, the service may store the authorship information for map-related and other data.
