Roles for managing businesses
A role defines a set of actions that can be performed in the Yandex Business Directory interface:
- Owner

Can edit information about the business, add photos, make posts, respond to reviews, and add and remove chain branches.
Can add and delete representatives and transfer ownership rights to another username.

Adding a representative
The owner of a company can entrust another person, a representative, to manage data in the Yandex Business Directory.
On the My businesses page, select the desired business and click the link with its name.
Go to the Accesses page.
Click Add and enter the representative's username.
How to transfer a business from username to username
Business owners can transfer their rights to other usernames. To do this, in the Accesses section, select a representative, click Edit, and change the representative's status to “Owner”. Or add a new username with the “Owner” status. The business profile automatically appears in the personal profile of the specified user.
How an agency can access profile management
To allow an agency to manage a business profile on Yandex and request priority placement, the business owner can add the agency username as a representative. Learn more.
If a business doesn't have an owner in the Yandex Business Directory, a client of the agency has to confirm rights to the business and appoint the agency as their representative.
