To quickly create an event, specify its name, date, and time.

Click Create event or select any free time slot in the calendar.

Enter the event name. This will help you easily distinguish between events.

Add a description. You don't have to add a description, but it's a good idea if you're inviting other people. That way, everyone you invite will know what the event is about.
How to invite participants
Enter the email addresses of those you want to invite in the Participants field. If the name of the invited person appears in red, it means they're busy at that time. To easily find a time that works for everyone, switch to the full form, where you can view the participants' schedules.

Specify in the Time and date field when the event will start and when you plan to finish it.
Yandex Calendar will show you the event's duration.
So you can see if you've scheduled enough time for the meeting and adjust the event's duration as needed.
If you're busy from morning to evening, you can select the All day option.
If the event is regular, click Repeat and select the desired option.

If you have multiple calendars, you can select in which calendar to create the event. Once created, the event will be color-coded with the selected calendar's color.

If you need to provide the event's address, type it into the Location field.

If you plan to share your calendar with others, you may need to configure visibility and access permissions. In the visibility settings, you can make the event private so only the event participants can view its details. You can set permissions to enable participants to edit your event and invite others.

Click Create, and the event will immediately appear in the calendar.
How to copy an event
To make a copy of an event, select it on the calendar and click

A user is considered busy if they have another event scheduled for that time or if that day is a public holiday in their region.
