Do you use a mobile app or work with Yandex Mail in a mobile browser?

If you have encountered an issue with the Yandex Mail app, please report it in the app:

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Under the folder list, select Help and support.
  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select the relevant issue.
  5. Describe the problem in as many details as possible.

Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not these Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner.
