Yandex Mail widget (Android)

You can install the Yandex Mail widget on your home screen. You can use the widget to quickly create a new message or view the selected folder. To install it on your home screen:

  1. Go to the widget menu by tapping and holding on an empty space on the screen.
  2. Choose the Yandex Mail widget.
  3. Select the folder with emails to be displayed in the widget.

Creating messages

To create a new message, tap the icon in the upper-right corner of the widget window.

Reading messages

You can read the message in the selected folder by tapping on its brief description.

If you want to change the widget folder, delete the widget and add it to your home screen again.

  1. Pull the screen to the right.
  2. Under the folder list, select Help and support.
  3. Select Problem.
  4. Select the relevant issue.
  5. Describe the problem in as many details as possible.

Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not these Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
