Yandex Mail does not have a call center. We work only with user emails. This actually works better: you can easily attach screenshots and send your message properties, which helps us solve issues much faster.

Do you use a mobile app or work with Yandex Mail in a mobile browser?
If you have encountered an issue with the Yandex Mail app, please report it in the app:
- Pull the screen to the right.
- Under the folder list, select Help and support.
- Select Problem.
- Select the relevant issue.
- Describe the problem in as many details as possible.

- Describe the issue that you have encountered: choose a topic or write a message.
Alert
Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not these Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Besides, when you send your request directly from the app, it lets the support specialists see some technical details that can help resolve the issue.
If the app crashes unexpectedly and you can't use it to contact us, please send the error message via the feedback form below.
If you have encountered an issue with the mobile version of Yandex Mail, you can report right it in the browser:

- Describe the issue that you have encountered: choose a topic or write a
message.
