Connection problems

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet. To check, use a browser or other apps.

  2. Make sure that the Yandex app is allowed to access the internet.

    To do this, go to Settings → Cellular and make sure that access or the Yandex app is enabled in Cellular data options.

  3. If you are connected to the internet but the problem with the app persists, contact us:
