Granting access to a site
You can grant any user access to your sites in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. Users with the Partner's assistant role can:
- View statistics of all available sites and units.
- Create and save your own statistical reports.
- Edit the site and units, if the corresponding option is enabled.
To grant access:

Go to the Ads on websites → Sites tab.

In the line with the desired site, click Edit.

Go to the Access tab and follow the steps depending on the user's status in the Yandex Advertising Network.
Registered with the Partner's assistant role
Enter the desired username and click Add.
Registered without the Partner's assistant role
Enter the desired username and click Add.
The user will be sent an email containing an invitation link to become an assistant. To accept the invitation, click on the link from the letter.
Not registered
Enter the user's email address and click Add.
The user will be sent an email containing an invitation link to register with the Yandex Advertising Network with the Partner's assistant role. To accept the invitation, click on the link from the letter.

If you want to allow your assistant to change site settings, as well as create and edit units, select the option Allow editing of the site.

Click Save.
After sending the invitation, its status will appear in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. If necessary, you can resend the invitation.
Note
To configure access for the added assistant, select Can view or Can edit next to their username.
