Ad register reports in the Partner account

After ad running, publishers need to submit a report for the Unified Register of Online Advertising. The deadline for submitting the data is within 30 days of the last day of the reporting month.

For publishers who label ads in Adfox and send data to the Unified Register of Online Advertising through the Yandex advertising data operator can submit their reports in two ways:

In the Adfox interface
This method requires you to check the contractor and contract details that you specified when launching the campaign and add the details and amounts from the closing invoices at the end of the reporting period. To learn more, see Ad register reports in the Adfox interface.
In the Partner account
In this case, you need to enter some of the details manually and upload the report in XLSX format to your Partner account. Read more about this below.

How to fill out the report through the Partner account

The report is an XLSX file that you must fill out and upload to the Partner account. In the Adfox interface, you can download a partially completed report based on the data that you entered when you set up labeling:

  1. Go to the tab Marking → General.
  2. Select the reporting period.
  3. Click Download as Excel.
Note. Before downloading, make sure that you filled out all the labeling data: on counterpartiess, contracts, and websites. Website data is required if you added an ad distributor or advertising system operator as a counterparty.

In the downloaded file, some of the fields will be filled out, and the rest you need to fill out by yourself. The report must contain information:

  • About the Contract between the publisher and the counterparty.
  • About the acts under the Contract between the publisher and the counterparty.
  • About the contract between the final advertiser and the executor (part of this information will already be filled out if you downloaded the report file from Adfox).

The report consists of several sections. The number of sections to fill out depends on whether you work directly with the end-advertiser or through intermediaries.

Required field. Acceptable values:

  • org-distribution: Contract for the organization of ad distribution.
  • distribution: Contract for the distribution of ads.

Contract date Required field.
Contract price Optional. If the contract has no price, leave the field empty.
The "with VAT" attribute Required if the contract price is specified. Acceptable values: yes/no.
Certificate We recommend filling this in. If the certificate has no number, leave the field empty.
Amount (including VAT) Required field. Specify the full amount of the certificate signed with the client.
The "with VAT" attribute Required field. Acceptable values: yes/no.
My counterparty is the end advertiser Required field. Type "Yes".

How to download and submit the report

  1. Open the Partner account.
  2. Click Add report.
  3. In the window that opens, select the reporting month and the Ad placement role, confirm that you agree with the terms of sharing ad information with the authorized body and click Save.
  4. On the report page, click Import and add the Excel file that you filled out.
    Note. Before uploading the report, delete the Campaign name and Supercampaign ID columns.
  5. If you filled out the report correctly, all the columns are marked as completed. If you didn't fill out the required fields, there's a warning sign in the column with missing information. In this case, add the missing information and upload the report to the Partner account again.
  6. Click Send to the Yandex advertising data operator. Otherwise, the report will remain in the draft status, and the data won't be sent to the Unified Register of Online Advertising.
