# Paste text from the clipboard

Yandex Keyboard stores copied text fragments in the built-in clipboard.


#### Save several fragments to clipboard

1. Copy the text.

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.

   1. Tap and hold the ![](_images/icon-globe.png =17x20) icon next to the space bar and select ![](_images/android-setting.svg).
   
   1. Go to **Top bar**.
   
   1. Enable the **Additional functions** option.

1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-ios.svg) icon.
    
1. Tap **Save** next to the fragment.

1. Repeat the steps for the following fragments.

    If you copy one fragment, don't save it manually, and then copy the second fragment, the second fragment will replace the first one (which will be deleted from the clipboard).

#### Paste fragment from clipboard

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
2. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-ios.svg) icon.
    
3. Select the text fragment.

#### Delete fragment from clipboard

1. Tap the ![](_images/ya.svg) icon in the upper-left corner of Yandex Keyboard on the suggestions bar.
    
1. Go to the clipboard tab and tap the ![](_images/clipboard-icon-ios.svg) icon.


1. There are several ways to delete a fragment:

    - Tap and hold the required text fragment. Select **Delete**.

    - Slide the fragment to the left and tap the trash icon.

    - Tap ![](_images/ios-pencil.svg). Tap ![](_images/ios-delete.png =20x) next to the fragment and select **Delete**.
