Renew Yandex 360 Premium
Yandex 360 Premium is renewed automatically. At the end of each period, you'll be charged for the next one. Make sure you have a valid credit or debit card with enough money on it.
Only the administrator of the family account in Yandex ID can renew Premium Family if the plan has expired, or pay for the plan when there isn't enough money in the account.

What happens when Premium expires?
When Premium expires, you can no longer use additional features.
Paid space also becomes unavailable. As a result, your Yandex Disk may suddenly be full.
What should I do if the payment for the next period hasn't been debited?
Make sure that your card is valid, there is enough money on it, and the bank isn't blocking automatic payments. Other reasons for payment issues:
- Invalid card information. Try paying again. Make sure to enter the correct first name, last name, card expiration date, and CVV/CVC.
- Card is inactive or expired.
- Transaction limit exceeded.
- Your bank doesn't allow internet transactions.
If automatic payment failed, you can pay for the plan manually:
- Go to Yandex 360 plans.
- Click Pay now.
- Select your card from the list or add a new one.
- Confirm the payment.
When the fee is debited from your card, you'll be able to use Yandex 360 services again without restrictions.
What happens if there wasn't enough money on my card at the time of payment?
After an unsuccessful payment attempt, Yandex 360 Premium will be active for 9 more days. Attempts to charge the plan fee will be made every 3 days. Top up your card and wait for the next charge date.
If the Yandex 360 Premium fee isn't paid within 9 days, the plan will be frozen and its benefits will become temporarily unavailable. As a result, your Yandex Disk may suddenly be full.
You'll have another 17 days to pay for Yandex 360 Premium to unfreeze it. The fee will be debited automatically, and you'll be able to use Yandex 360 services without restrictions again. If no payment is made within 26 days, the plan will be permanently deactivated.
